We offer a complete bespoke design and print service to meet your needs and requirements. Working closely with you, your brief and inspirational pictures, we strive to achieve a truly unique look which you can be sure to encapsulate the theme of your wedding or event, keeping elegance and luxury at the core of our design.
Turnaround times for bespoke are 6-8 weeks from payment to sending. Timescales can be slightly shorter or longer than this depending on how many development stages are required.

Our Process
1. The First Meeting
Working closely with our clients is what we love to do. Normally the first step to working together is a phone or Zoom call so you can decide whether we are a good match to work together!
During this call we take your guest quantities, wedding date, colour schemes and general wedding vibes in order to put together a rough quotation after the call. Standard lead time for an event invite job is 6-8 weeks, but we are able to work to most lead times.
2. Quotation & Pricing
After our initial meeting, we email over the rough price for your dream wedding stationery along with a moodboard if it is required.
Once the quotation has been received, we then discuss budget and how to achieve the bespoke design at the desired price for you.
Included within the prices quoted is unlimited design, digital and physical proofs and optional extra samples if these are required.
3. Initial Design
After your quotation has been approved, we request a 50% down payment which means design work can now commence. Initial designs are sent over within one week of payment.
For the initial part of the design stage, we put together 6 very unique designs based on your desired scheme, and email them over within one week of payment. Unlimited development design is included after each stage, as we hone in on the perfect design.
4. Ordering of Proofs
At Millie Stone, one of the things we pride ourselves on is attention to detail. After you have approved the digital design, we then get a physical proof printed and sent to your home so you can see the final printed version of your stationery before ordering all items.
Changes are welcome at this stage; for example, if a thicker card is preferred for your invitation or a slightly different shade of gold is required for the wording, this is all possible to change.
5. Delivery of the Final Product
After the physical proofs have been approved, we then print all of your carefully designed items.
The turnaround time for this is approximately 12-16 working days from date of go ahead depending on the intricacy of the stationery job. All Save the Dates and Invitations are delivered assembled unless requested otherwise.

On the Day Stationery
8-12 weeks before your wedding/event date is the best time to start considering your On the Day stationery. Should you wish to continue the same stationery design throughout your day, we work together in a similar way to achieve the perfect design. The rough prices for this feature on our pricelist.
