We aim to deliver your standard goods from our studio to you within 7-14 working days of you placing your order (excluding public holidays). Bespoke pieces including design work can take longer. I will keep in touch with you via email throughout the process.
Delivery is included in the price. Special orders may incur a delivery cost.
Items over 2kg may require a signature
Because our pieces are bespoke, we cannot refund or exchange. However, if something arrives faulty, please inform us within 3 days and we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. We aim to be as transparent as possible, so all orders are up to customers' expectations. If there are any issues with details, please inform me within 3 days. Details such as spelling, grammar and punctuation for bespoke pieces are the responsibility of the client.
50% of the invoice must be paid in order for us to get started on your order. We accept BACS using the details found on our invoice. We also accept cheque (takes up to 5 days longer than other payment methods). Cash can be used for local business.
